Welcome to The Cube Box!

It all started when my friend was telling me an idea on how to help spree-ers get suitable buyers for the loots they gotten from sprees... especially spree-ers who received their loots and realise that they cant fit into them!

I believe everyone has similar problems like this...

And all along, i always wanted to do spree sites and since this idea came about, i decided to partner with my friend (Jennifer), the owner of The Square Box to do this up! Since she is doing sprees, i shall do a site where pple can sell off their pre-loved / brand new loots...

In TCB, we believe that.. One person's junk pre-loved is another's TREASURE...

Rest assured that we will try our best to improve our site and we welcome all suggestions and feedbacks!

Terms & Conditions

For Sellers

• We hope that it is still the seller's responsibility to track and find proof, should the items did not successfully reached the buyer.

• Sellers should ensure the quality of the goods before sending/selling to the customers.

• We reserve the rights to reject the application/request to prevent any intentional fraud transactions to protect our buyers/sellers.

• Please be assured that The Cube Box will do our utmost to ensure the quality and the correctness of your orders of your post.

• We will not entertain any cancellations of order once payment has been made to The Cube Box.

• The Cube Box reserves the right to cancel/reject any seller's postings without prior notice, should this happens, notification emails will be sent out and full refund will be made accordingly.

• The Cube Box will not be responsible for the response/results of the sale.
  

• The terms and conditions are all subjected to changes without prior notice.

For Buyers

• Buyers should clarify all your doubts with Sellers before making purchases.

• The Cube Box is a channel for Sellers to find the right Buyers for their preloved goods. The Cube Box will therefore not hold any responsibility for any for any defects or mistakes such as wrong color / size, made by the seller.

• Upon sending us a request to contact the buyer, you will be automatically added into our mailing list to receive promotions/updates held by The Cube Box & The Square Box.

• The terms and conditions are all subjected to changes without prior notice.

• The Cube Box will not be involved in any transactions or communications made between the Seller & Buyer.

Seller's Manual

Fees

• Posting for duration of 7 calendar days @ S$2.50
  
• Posting for duration of 14 calendar days @ S$4.00
• Posting for duration of 30 calendar days @ S$8.00
• Only 3 items to be sold per post. Additional Items will be charged at 50cents per item

How to post my pre-loved items with TCB?

• Please download the excel file and complete the form.
• Input your pictures and text in the tab provided in the spread sheet.
• Make your payment.
• Send the completed application to findthecubebox@hotmail.com
• No linking to your own blogs, only posting of items, descriptions and price allowed
• Selling of under garments & earrings are strictly not allowed.
• Cosmetics / Facial Items can be sold only if they are left with at least 6 months of shelf life & they are not used before with box / packaging intact
• Application processing lead time: Within 7 days
  

We regret to inform that only completed applications will be processed accordingly. You will receive your payment note via email. Upon recieving the payment note, you will be expecting your items to be posted on the following Friday evening. Should your application be rejected, we will refund you the money accordingly.

Can I make amendments to the posts?

Amendments can be made for

• Updates on SOLD items
• Descriptions of items (only amendments, not changing on the whole content of the description)
• Prices (only reduction is allowed)

Note: Kindly email us the "Selling Post Title" (e.g. Preloved #2) as subject and the details of amendments. Upon receiving a acceptance of amendment reply via email from TCB, you will expect your amendments to be made in the next 12 hours.

Payments

• DIRECT BANKING / FUNDS TRANSFER VIA ATM / IB FUNDS TRANSFER
  

Direct banking and funds transfer can be performed through internet banking or ATMs.

Note: For Direct Banking / Funds Transfer Via ATM, kindly state the time that you transferred otherwise we will not be able to track and it may cause mis-communication.

• CASH

Please do not send cash to us, we will not be responsible should the cash be lost in mail.

• Upon applying for your first "Selling Post, you will be automatically added to our mailing list for future promotions and new updates by TheCubeBox & TheSquareBox
• Upon sending us your application, you hereby agree with the Terms & Conditions.
